Waiting at Hokitika airport for our 30min flight in a tiny plane seating 19, to Christchurch. The airport was tiny and was closed when we first arrived! They only fly to Christchurch and back. Amazing views of the mountains the whole way and you can see the pilot at work. No flight attendants required!

It has taken me a while to work out where in an airport, whose terminal is the size of a corner shop, the photo was taken. We must have been sitting by the runway window at the time! Oh to be back there...11,000 miles away...mind you its probably a bit colder and wetter now. Lol
